All of our pieces are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, OEKO-TEX certified British merino wool, or double-layer organic cotton muslin. We never use synthetic fibres, harsh dyes or finishing chemicals.
Every Brooklyn & Co. garment is designed in Darlington and produced in small UK ateliers. Our knitwear is hand-finished by a small circle of makers in the North East.
Machine wash cold on a delicate cycle with a gentle, fragrance-free detergent. Lay flat to dry. Knitwear should be hand-washed in cool water and reshaped while damp. Detailed care notes are tucked into every parcel.
Yes — every order arrives wrapped in recyclable tissue with a hand-tied ribbon, at no extra cost. You can add a handwritten note at checkout for a small fee.
UK orders ship within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery is £4.50, and free on orders over £75. We also ship internationally — rates are calculated at checkout.
Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags attached for a full refund. Sale items can be exchanged or store-credited.
